All of our stainless steel tanks are manufactured using graded stainless steel sheet and are machine seam welded and inspected prior to rolling and baffle installation.
The tank heads and sectional baffles are hydro-formed and radius flanged for maximum strength and best distribution of the load stresses.
Heads are butt welded to the barrel shell and sectional baffles are continuously welded to the inner circumference of the tank for strength and stress dissipation. Longitudinal baffles extend the length of the tank.
The compartments are constructed of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum with double panel swing out doors or aluminum roll-up.
